Chicago’s Program Available Online

WhiskyFest Chicago is now only 17 days away! To see exactly what will be awaiting you on March 23, take a look at the event program here.

There’s a complete list of whiskies, including a diagram showing where you can find each of them in the ballroom. The seminar schedule is also included, along with a description of each. You’ve got to take a look at them; they will not disappoint! 

Early access to the program will allow you to plan ahead, which will help you to get the most out of your time while at WhiskyFest. 

If you purchased a ticket to this year’s WhiskyFest Chicago, you will receive an email from us this Friday with some details about Registration, as well as the complete schedule of WhiskyWeek events, so be sure to watch for it!

WhiskyWeek Chicago Schedule Announced!

Our whisky friends in Chicago have been busy planning some amazing pre and post-WhiskyFest events and we are pleased to announce that the WhiskyWeek Chicago 2009 schedule has now been posted. You can view the extensive schedule here.

With more than twenty events scheduled, whisky enthusiasts can enjoy wide variety of events. From an Ardbeg whisky tasting and art show at Delilah’s, to Julian Van Winkle, Brian Ellison of Death’s Door and cocktail superstar Adam Seger guest bartending over at Twisted Spoke, there’s something for every whisky enthusiast. 

Delilah’s will be especially busy with a number of whisky events going on all week. They will be hosting the Michael Jackson tribute book launch party “Beer Hunter, Whisky Chaser” as well as events covering Maker’s Mark, Jack Daniels, Buffalo Trace, Kentucky whiskey night, Glenlivet, Compass Box, and Chivas.

In addition, Gordon & MacPhail will be hosting a single malt scotch seminar at Clark Street Ale House, Templeton Rye has a number of events going on, Bar on Buena will be tapping a firkin of Ola Dubh 40, Lush Wine & Spirits will have Julian Van Winkle in for a bottle signing and Mrs. Murphy’s Irish Bistro is planning something special too.

These are all terrific establishments and we hope you have a chance to check out a few of these happenings in addition to WhiskyFest!
